Right of Withdrawal
At Comfyballs.com, you have, according to the Right of Withdrawal a 14-day right of withdrawal. To use this, you must contact us through [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then contact you regarding your case. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items returned must not be sent as a postal order. We recommend choosing a return shipment that allows for tracking, which provides security for both parties.
If you cancel a purchase, you will be refunded the value of the goods at the time of purchase, after we have processed your return. We will contact you by e-mail when the case has been processed.
If you paid through debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card you used when purchasing.
