What is the treshold for free shipping?
We have free shipping on all purchases above €50.
What are your shipping charges on orders below €50?
On these orders we charge a flat €5 shipping charge to all countries.
Who do you use for sending packets?
We use Deutsche Post.
Do I have to pay any "hidden" charges from customs/imports afterwards?
No. We deal with all charges before sending. The cost in the cart is what you pay.
What is the estimated delivery time?
2-7 days within Europe / 5-15 days outside Europe once received into International Post Center Frankfurt.
We usually ship every day but sometimes it can take up tp 3 days before your order leaves our warehouse.
Where do you deliver?

Does my packet come with any tracking?
For 55 of the countries we send to, there will be tracking. This is end-to-end tracking and should be more than adequate for seeing where your package is.
